We make our pizza by hand. Our dough is cold fermented for 48 hours. We prepare our ingredients daily using local produce and local shops when possible. All our recipes are prepared from fresh ingredients daily. Our desserts are prepared homemade by our executive chef Tyler Bellisle.

To ensure the integrity of our restaurant and culinary experience for all guests, our maximum quest reservation is 10.
